This puzzle begins by identifying the 3 electrical symbols as a Capacitor, Inductor and Resistor. The units used for each are C L and R respectively and can be used to fill in their symbols in the puzzle as show.

Using deduction and knowing a number represents the same letter in all spots, the remaining letters can be filled in to make words for each line working from top to bottom.

Reading the last line gives the final answer of **GET AMPED.**
