The Fortune Cookie Maker
Time for some lucky travels
Colin gave information about a Fortune Cookie shop in Orangurock, whose last batch of fortunes came out misprinted, but believes what was deleted will help located the third Mega. Each fortune was a standard Haiku with a syllable format of 5-7-5 for the three lines plus a final lucky number. As hinted by wanting to "capitalize on your findings" each of the missing letters spells a world capital and also hinted by "You'll want to start your search in Cuba and head east", the capitals will begin in Havana, Cuba and be ordered by Longitude going East.

Using the lucky number as an index into the world capital name, after sorting by Longitude going East starting at Havana, Cuba, the final output of HAIKOU'S PROVINCE is given.
A review of of a map showed HAINAN was Haikou's Province which is where Mega Zombie was found!
