Dashed Borders

In the lower left section of the panel is an arrangement of buttons that have borders and dashed lines on them.
This layout matches the button layout of a traditional phone keypad as indicated by the outline boxes.
Each of the squares in a button represent the number of letters that are represented by that button on a normal keypad, so each has 3-4 boxes. Each box can be solid or dashed with the dash boxes have a number of dashes from 1-10 representing the order to arrange the letters. For example, the top middle box has a dashed line with 7 dashes around the outermost box. This represents pressing the letter A for the 7th letter position. Completing this process for all 10 dashed lines gives the data below.
