Unfortunately they got kinda scrambled when we grabbed them, and it seems like getting the first maybe made the second one worse. I would make a joke about how money multiplies your problems, but given the situation I think we should do Without jokes for now. I'll keep this brief. In short, I have to get out. There have been too many coincidences recently. The Simian Path, I can feel their dark influence encroaching.
I can't count the times I have reached for a vial of ethanol, only to find it not there, or seen the numbers in a test not quite add up. And that's not to mention the accident, which is seeming less and less accidental the more I think back on it. The only explanation is sabotage, some Simian Path lackey has infiltrated my lab. I can only imagine the spy is trying to slow me down to steal my work before I can safely destroy it.
And I think I know who it is. I hope I'm wrong, but whoever the spy is, I know the Simian Paths aim. I've been tracking the whispers as much as I can.
