Doc has left a note with a fairly large number equation on it:

As hinted by "To be continued..", this was actually a continued fraction and could be broken down multiple times to smaller fractions, each resulting in a number between 1-26. This could be quickly solved by a powerful calculator such as Wolfram Alpha (https://www.wolframalpha.com/input?i=649471573%2F52763722) which identified the continued fraction characteristic.

The numbers of the continued fraction were

which converted to letters spells LCD DISPLAY
