Each set of clues can be solved as a standard crossword clue starting with the outer ring.

These can be used to fill in the outer ring using the letters to position each word correctly.
The spokes are also all standard crossword clues, but every answer is 6 length. As hinted by the puzzle, each spoke is scrambled when entered into the grid so the letters are shared with more words next to it as you get closer to the center.
ie. The answer to "1 Country where La Vallรฉe des Singes is located" is FRANCE, and it is entered RNACFE starting from the outside and going towards the center and is determined by what letters need to be shared with adjacent answers.
