Only one group uses a red handprint to represent their group and that is the Mutant Cartel (https://twitter.com/mutant_cartel) where joining their discord (discord.gg/mutantcartel) led to a heated back and forth where they agreed to release the labcoat and shipped it to a local scientist.
-------- While waiting for the labcoat to arrive, a flyer was put up about a missing dog in the area. This turned out to be an encoded message leading to a FedEx tracking number for the labcoat
