# The Mutant Cartel

Only one group uses a red handprint to represent their group and that is the Mutant Cartel (<https://twitter.com/mutant_cartel>) where joining their discord ([discord.gg/mutantcartel](https://t.co/pBcXorOgR3)) led to a heated back and forth where they agreed to release the labcoat and shipped it to a local scientist.

While waiting for the labcoat to arrive, a flyer was put up about a missing dog in the area.  This turned out to be an encoded message leading to a FedEx tracking number for the labcoat

The phone number (278) 577-215-808 was an encoded fed ex tracking number **278577215808**
